Hi Paille, please try the following: 1) Charge IC Pad for about 2 hours using USB cable and charger.
2) Make sure the audio volume on your computer or phone is set to maximum after you start the transfer.
3) Restart your computer or phone.
4) Replace Audio cable, it may be broken. The cable is called "3.5mm Aux cable".

Andrea, no sound should be heard while imprinting from the pad but itโs imperative the volume is at max for the signal to be properly โreadโ. If you are using a computer, you have to go to your settings to make sure the volume is at max.
