Is using headphones or the IC Hummer more effective? Or is the effect just as good? :-)

Hi Esther, IC Hummer might be more effective in this case, as you can apply this IC directly to a neck or shoulder.

Hi Esther, with brain waves ICs you need to use stereo headphones or 2 IC Hummers connected at the same time to make a stereo effect. Thank you! :)
