Is there a precise description for the IC pad 3 with the different lights? The ICs themselves don't specify when to use each one. For example, when do you use red light, blue light, or infrared?

I dont think thats a very good idea.Energetically this signal is linked to his dna and energy fields.It is a very bad idea to infuse foreign dna information to someone elses body.This will mess up host genetics or at least will be ineffective.DNA acts like an antenna.Send the wrong signal...
