Hi Timi, if you are using iron supplements, we recommend starting using IC in addition to those supplements and then slowly reducing the usage of supplements and seeing if you have symptoms of iron deficiency. Usually, for something chronic, we recommend using it for 2-3 weeks and then assessing the results.

it's for my old dog who is full of osteoarthritis .... he really gets better when I inform his water with this infoceutical!
