Hi David, we recommend including up to 6 ICs into your imprint complex.ย At least when you start, later you can try including more ICs into one complex and see how it works for you. Including too many ICs in one complex may result in no effect at all, as the body will not be able to process it.

Thanks for your answer Anton. Can this knowledge of a maximum of 6 ICs also be transferred to the composition of natural foods? If so, would that mean that the combination of more than 6 foods with different frequencies, e.g. in a smoothie, could have less of an effect than the combination of a maximum of 6 foods would have, right?
Hi David, I think not necessary. I think when physical molecules are actually present it involves different mechanisms compared to when the body deals with signals. Restrictions with ICs also come because ICs make the body do some healing work, and it can be overwhelming to do many things at the same time, not enough energy and other resources.
