Hi, just wondering why metformin which is a drug used to control diabetes is included in this anti aging & age reversal IC complex? If I am not diabetic, how does it affect my sugar/glucose level?

hello I have polycythemia vera (pollyglobulia) and I had 2 major strokes I would like some advice on care my spleen does not eliminate very well and my bone marrow produces a lot. What to do
