Melanie Hesketh why not near the adrenals out of curiosity? I was thinking lower back?

Jamie really you can place the IC pad anywhere as it will travel through the body. However, the top places to use most often is the sternum and belly button and back of head for anything brain/head related. (Also Directly on pain sites/injury sites as well)
