I need to take methotrexate 2.5mg - 6 tablets at once, how can I infuse these all into my water? I donโt want to take the pills cause they cause to many other problems.

We can't suggest replacing medications, but some people do that, slowly reducing the dosage of actual medication, about 10% less each week. Monitor how you feel and do necessary checks with Dr.
