for acute symptoms, can run 3x a day (even one right after the other). for general gut health with no known/diagnosed/active issues, 3x a week. many of my clients say they benefit from generally running 5 days a week. play with it and see what works for you.

If I am doing imprints from my laptop, can I bring up another page and continue on with other things I need to get done? like checking email, searching, etc. or will it disturb the imprints?

I usually use this when I wake up feeling a little off in the morning. I find it especially helpful if I've used any depressants the night before such as Cannabis or Kratum and it gives my mood a nice boost so I'm ready to take on the day!
