After a fall, I bruised my knees and ribs. With just one acute trauma treatment, I only feel very mild pain. I'm thankfull.

Hi I fell in the bathroom today. I slipped and hurt myself. I didn't break anything. But now my body and legs are hurting. What would be the best ic to use. Should I use the trauma acute first or just trauma? What other ics you could suggest for it? Thanks
