I am having problems with both my ic hummer and pad. The hummer stops producing sound after 34 seconds, even though bluetooth remains connected and the infopathy website continues its process going through the download, so as a back up have used the pad but the sound is so quiet, even with the volume on max, that it is barely audible. So now have two pieces of kit and no way to transmit. I've fully charged the hummer, there are no other bluetooth... Vedi altro

Hi Hugo, please try to restart your Mac, that may help with the issue. You can also try using another browser, like Chrome. At some macOS updates, there was an issue with playing sound in Safari on Infopathy (we had it a few weeks ago, but now it works normally). Maybe your iOS is still affected. You can also try using IC Hummer with a smartphone or other computer if available. Regarding IC Pad, it primarily emits EMF, but no sound. It is normal... Vedi altro

Il problema esiste dall'aggiornamento a iOS 15 - solo con impronta. Pemf funziona

Salve giudici, in iOS 15 sembra esserci un problema con la riproduzione di alcuni tipi di audio. Abbiamo testato e sembra funzionare se non si blocca lo schermo o si riduce a icona Safari. Il suono scompare per te (quando il pad IC non รจ collegato) anche se avvii il trasferimento e non blocchi lo schermo?

Ciao Richter, abbiamo inviato una segnalazione di bug al team Apple su questo problema. Alcune persone che hanno avuto lo stesso problema hanno scoperto che quanto segue ha funzionato per loro dopo l'aggiornamento a iOS 15: dopo aver avviato il trasferimento, apri un'altra pagina in un'altra scheda del browser (hanno usato Chrome, ma penso che dovrebbe essere lo stesso su tutti i browser iOS in quanto hanno comunque lo stesso motore) e quindi...
