Vittorio Bertolazzi, we recommend using the same PEMF IC 1-2 times daily. Place the Glowing IC Pad on the sternum or the stomach during use.

Hello Everyone, I too, am new here. Very excited to learn how to use ICS and Complexes. I am looking for spondylolisthesis information and would appreciate any input. I donโ€™t have any equipment yetโ€ฆother than my iPad and Bluetooth earbuds. would like to experience some of the free ICs first, if possible, before diving in. Thanks in advance for any insights.

Anton SF you mentioned in another conversation that ICs can be accessed on the go via the app. Can they also be accessed similarly via the website using mobile data?

Raquel Manuel , welcome to Infopathy! ๐Ÿ˜Š For spondylolisthesis (a โ€œvertebra slippage/instabilityโ€ in the low back), the most relevant options on Infopathy tend to fall into disc support + pain/spasm support.

If you donโ€™t have any equipment yet (iPad + Bluetooth earbuds only)

You can start with Audible ICs right away:
