  2. Install the TestFlight app, which enables you to install the beta version of the Infopathy app. If you asked for the code, please use this one: y9KKvTDz

I am new here and would like to try this. I got the testflight app but i cant type in that code. the first two digits wont even type into the area. The y9 wont type in bit the rest does???? it says its the worng code. any ideas on what I can do. Running it on my iphone IOS

ย Lisa Horne, insetad of the code, please following this link again https://testflight.apple.com/join/y9KKvTDz and it should open TestFlight and show โ€œJoinโ€/โ€œInstallโ€ directly. This often fixes code/redeem issues.

Hi Anton,
I got your app testing. When I tried to download it on Google Play or use the public version, 
it just showed the black screen, nothing happened. My phone is Samsung Galaxy Note 20Ultra.
Please advise.

Hi Angelika! If you're using an Android phone, kindly follow these steps:ย 
  1. go to Infopathy's Settings by long-pressing the app's icon > then click "App info"
  2. clear the cache
  3. clear data
then try using the app. If this still doesn't work, repeat steps 1-3, then uninstall and re-install the app using this link: https://play.google.com/apps/test/com.ashnutech.infopathy.app/40ย 

This should fix the problem. Once you've re-installed the app, you will be asked to login... See more

An update to the app downloaded today, but when I try to open it (on my Pixel 6a), each time it just hangs on the "Finalizing Updates" screen, with the two gears turning in the center of the screen, and never gets past that screen.

An error I've been experiencing with the app for the past many days is that the button to make an infoceutical available offline never works anymore. It just gets stuck in the loading up mode and never resolves. (Using a Pixel 6a.)

Yes, it took slightly longer, but it worked. Now, however, it just hangs there for a long time and then crashes the app, closing it out automatically. If I try again, I get an... See more

Alexander Zubatov, thank you for the detailing! Yes, sounds like a bug. They not crazy large, so should just take 5-10 seconds. We will check that. Thank you!

Works with iPhone 13. which IC did you use? The option doesn't work with Daniel's exclusive music, but I think that's the intention.
