I am new here and would like to try this. I got the testflight app but i cant type in that code. the first two digits wont even type into the area. The y9 wont type in bit the rest does???? it says its the worng code. any ideas on what I can do. Running it on my iphone IOS

ย Lisa Horne, insetad of the code, please following this link again https://testflight.apple.com/join/y9KKvTDz and it should open TestFlight and show โ€œJoinโ€/โ€œInstallโ€ directly. This often fixes code/redeem issues.

Hi Anton,
I got your app testing. When I tried to download it on Google Play or use the public version, 
it just showed the black screen, nothing happened. My phone is Samsung Galaxy Note 20Ultra.
Please advise.

ย Im currently in Asia and the app isn't allowing me to login via iPhone 14 pro. Even trying it on a browser (duckduckgo) and it's asking to connect to the server. Can you guys provide me with insights on how to use the app in Asia? Specifically Philippines and Indonesia

Johnny Can, it might be related to an internet provider. We had someone from the Philippines who had this issue - if you have mobile internet, not wife (and it is not expensive) you can try using it.

Johnny Can Hi! Based on our experience, the infopathy domain may be down in some internet providers like Globe. You may try using other internet providers like what Anton recommended.

I assume the developers know about this, but just in case, I'm just making clear that the app continues to be full of bugs and issues. (I'm not just talking about today, when the whole Infopathy site has been having connectivity issues.) It routinely does one of those "unexpected logout" things, so that I have to log in again, sometimes multiple times per day, and unless my phone is displaying... See more

Hi Alexander, thank you for letting me know you are using a pixel phone. I also have pixel (7) and also have an issue with the player pausing when the screen is locked. Also, Ava, did you have this issue on the Pixel phone as well?ย 
We just trying to understand the reason because on other Android phones that we tested, it works.ย

Anton SF For me, it's not just when the screen is locked that it pauses. If I switch to using another app while the infoceutical is running, it will often keep running for awhile and then pause, and to get it to unpause, I need to click into the app again, whereupon it resumes. Alexander Zubatov, yes, the main thing is that the Infopathy app is not active (using a different app, minimized or screen locked).ย  On the app, we use a bit different system to play frequencies. We will be investigating why this happens on Pixels.

Regarding the unexpected logout, we've been trying to pinpoint the cause of this issue since it seems to be happening on certain conditions and devices. When you reencounter this logout, can you take a screenshot of the "Unexpected logout" dialog so that we can investigate this... See more

Sometimes the Android App cancels running IC/PEMF process when mobile phone switches to standby  - any proposals?

Mathias Cronenberg I also find this, unless I'm watching over it, and moving it etc it switches off with screen lock and on an android pixel you can't seem to turn off screen lock, max is 30 mins

Ava, I use on pixel 7, once I hit power button to lock the screen, it continue to run. Can you please check what app version you currently have? To check version please click on top right (account) -> settings and at the bottom left it will say 0.6.1 or something like that. Thank you!

Actually now, after additional tests, I see that transfer pauses after few minutes of screen locked for me. We will work on this. Thank you! :)
