Installation Instructions for iOS Users:
  1. Follow this link: https://testflight.apple.com/join/y9KKvTDz
  2. Install the TestFlight app, which enables you to install the beta version of the Infopathy app. If you asked for the code, please use this one: y9KKvTDz
    If you are not able to enter that code, please follow this link https://testflight.apple.com/join/y9KKvTDz

I am new here and would like to try this. I got the testflight app but i cant type in that code. the first two digits wont even type into the area. The y9 wont type in bit the rest does???? it says its the worng code. any ideas on what I can do. Running it on my iphone IOS

ย Lisa Horne, insetad of the code, please following this link again https://testflight.apple.com/join/y9KKvTDz and it should open TestFlight and show โ€œJoinโ€/โ€œInstallโ€ directly. This often fixes code/redeem issues.

Hi Anton,
I got your app testing. When I tried to download it on Google Play or use the public version, 
it just showed the black screen, nothing happened. My phone is Samsung Galaxy Note 20Ultra.
Please advise.

HI, I have an account and no problems with login when using a web based way. But when I try to login into the Infopathy beta app I get an error message saying that I need to create an account. I use the same I'd and password for both. What is the problem please? I use galaxy S7 edge cell. Please help. crazyย

Helloย crazy! Does it say "Invalid email or password"? Can you double-check whether the password is correct in spelling or capitalization? You can click the eye button in the password to see your typed password. Some phone models autocapitilize some letters after typing. Maybe that causes the error?ย

If you mistyped anything or provided an unregistered account, it should show "Invalid email or password" like in the picture below. Can you send a screenshot or screen recording of what happens when you log in?ย

Nes | QA Analystย hi, when signing into the app I always use the eye to see the letters so that's not the source of the error, typing. it must be something else, can you help? also not the capitals, I'd see them when typing. crazyย

perhaps you use a wrong email address when I sign in, can you check? I gave [email protected] to Anton to use, can you please check if this email is used to sign into the app? crazy

crazy Hello, yes your email is registered upon checking. You can click forgot password to change your password if this is where the issue is.

I also sent a message so you can send screenshots or screen recordings there. Thank you for the replies!

I need some help here . For example when I search for b12 it just says imprint ? So from here do I just put my bottle of water on device and push start? I forgot the difference between imprint and pemf

Dina, PEMF and Imprint ICs are created in a different way and they have different most effective application method. Imprint are best for water imprinting (but can also be applied directly to body) and PEMF are best for direct body application (but also can be imprinted into water). You can imprint B12 to the water or apply directly to the body.ย
