Hi Greg, thank you for the second recommendation list. I had read about creating complexes and also read that the best results were from 6 or less ingredients. I made two complexes #1complex: 1ltr 5-alpha-reductase inhibitors, organicgermanium, and retinoids acid. #2 complex: 1 ltr AHCC,and anastrazol. Iโve been drinking both of these the last 3 days. Iโll add the lipsomal glutathione to the #2 complex starting tomorrow. Do you think these are... See more
