Hi Ee Chiang Wee, in the "Transfer all at once" mode, all the ICs in the IC Complex will be transferred at the same time. It is recommended to use this mode if you are imprinting ICs to water or other products. When you select the mode "One-by-one", the ICs in an IC Complex will be transferred (played) one after another, like songs in a playlist. M Pludra, for simplicity best is to use on 3 body cavities, upper chest, mid diaphragm and liver stomach/intestine area; wood signal can also be applied on liver, fire on heart area, earth on spleen, metal on lungs, water element signals on kidneys.

Hi Andrew black, here are the general suggestions: 1) Focus on up to 3 health goals at the same time. 2) Include up to 6 ICs into your imprint complex. At least when you start, later you can try including more ICs into one complex. Including too many ICs in one complex may results in no effect at all, as the body will not be able to process it. 3) If using few imprint complexes you can use them one after another at least 10 minutes apart.4) Same...
