What type of sea salt water should be used? Isotonic solution 0.9% or undiluted purified sea water with about 3.5%?

Dorothee Osterhagen, any of those should work, ulsess you have discomfort using 3.5% concentration. Or general recommendation of preparing saline is to dissolve 1 tea spoon of sea or Himalayan salt in one cup of water (200 ml), which results in about 2.5% solution.

Anton SF Would the Celtic Sea Salt(Selina Naturally Brand or the Himalayan Pink Salt (Himalayan Chef 100% pure) be ok to use for the eye drop solution?

This IC is brilliant. I had so much pain I couldn’t sleep. I used the IC with the glowing IC pad, put it on my belly and fell asleep almost immediately. The pain was gone and I felt much better the next morning. You guys are fantastic, thank you so much.
