ย Fabian , you can record your voice saying those words on your phone. Then playback in a loop (2-12 minutes) recording while GlowPad is connected - place water or crystals on the GlowPad.ย

- Red light โ good for circulation, reducing inflammation, tissue healing โ use for pain, recovery, skin repair.
- Blue light โ antimicrobial, calming โ use for skin issues, relaxation, calming the mind.
