Lucien, this is an Audible IC, so you can listen to it through headphones or speakers. Ensure you're in a comfortable and quiet environment to maximize its effectiveness. Volume should be set to a comfortable level - loud enough to hear but not too intense.

Lucien, if you have an IC Hummer, then it is the best to use it for Audible ICs, applying them directly to the targeted area or near.
