Can I also place the ic pad on the breastbone or do I have to position it on the jaw joint?

ka, you can place the IC Pad directly over the affected jaw joint to target the area more effectively. However, if this placement is uncomfortable or impractical, you can position the IC Pad on the sternum (breastbone) as an alternative.

Elisa Biasi, Audible ICs work best when played one at a time, but you can try using up to 3 Audible ICs at a time.

Lynne, welcome You can Imprint water, juices, creams, oils, and more, as well as use PEMF and Audible ICs.

For Imprinting: Place your chosen liquid or product on the IC Pad and start the transfer.
For PEMF: Position the IC Pad directly on your body with the lights facing your skin. If no specific placement is mentioned in the PEMF IC description, place it on your sternum.
