Hi Anne, as this IC was recorded from a homeopathic remedy, we suggest Imprinting it into water. Drink at least 3 times a day, 50ml (2 oz) of water each time. Try drinking on empty stomach and hold water in your mouth for 10 seconds before swallowing.

Anton SFย can the salt water remedy that we make for 30daysbe given without diluting in water . I mean straight from dropper to mouth. What do u suggest.
