I am having trouble with my IC pad as well, I haven’t been able to get it to work for a few days now. It is charged. It lights up when I connect it to my phone, but when I try to run the IC the little light on the pad just blinks slowly and nothing happens. I have been trying it on Safari and Chrome and neither works. Please let me know what I should do to get it to work. It’s strange because it has works fine for months then all of a sudden stopped working a few days ago. I have even tried using my husband phone and that won’t work either. Thank you for you help!

I need help - I have 2 pads old and new both charged neither is lighting up
도움이 필요합니다. 오래된 패드 2개와 새 패드 2개가 있는데 둘 다 충전되어 있고 둘 다 켜지지 않습니다.

Here is my thought.The only thing lacking in this machine is the battery power.I basically need to plug it in every single morning to make sure that it lasts all throughout the day and night. How about a external battery pack that plugs into it? I suppose we could buy... 더 보기

제 생각은 이렇습니다. 이 기계에서 유일하게 부족한 것은 배터리 전원입니다. 기본적으로 하루 종일, 밤새도록 지속되도록 하려면 매일 아침 플러그를 꽂아야 합니다. 플러그를 꽂을 수 있는 외부 배터리 팩은 어떨까요? 아마존에서 하나 살 수 있을 것 같습니다.

all but one of my created remedies disappeared. Is there a way to get them back?

안녕하세요, 제 기기는 최근까지 완벽하게 작동했습니다. 충전하려고 플러그를 꽂으면 빨간색 불이 잠깐 켜졌다가 꺼지므로 충전된 것으로 생각합니다. 하지만 전혀 켜지지 않습니다. Facebook 그룹에서 찾은 모든 제안을 시도해 보았습니다. 조언이 있나요??? Glowing ic 패드가 그리워요!!!
