Sulforaphane is a natural sulfur-rich plant compound found in a variety of cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, cabbage, brussels sprouts, bok choy, arugula, and kale. Sulforaphane has many beneficial effects such as activating the Nrf-2 pathway (which is involved in regulating antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and detoxification processes), lowering inflammation, regulating blood pressure, slowing the aging process, supporting liver health, improving heart health, preventing cancer, reducing blood sugar levels, managing type 2 diabetes, improving cognitive function, and boosting liver detoxification. Sulforaphane may also help manage autoimmune conditions. This IC was made with the help of sulforaphane from broccoli sprouts.
