Hi Holly, you can apply it to a specific area where you have pain or you can also apply it to a stomach or sternum.

I use this for my pets, based on a comment by someone else. Can't say I've really noticed a difference in them: 2 cats and a dog, all getting older

Hello, 2 hours to print Happy Water? with the glowing pad? it's very long. It's normal? when I start the transfer it stops after 2 minutes, unless I program it many times.... or set it to unlimited and stop after 2 hours.

Milo Meheust, it is actually 2 minutes. If you automatically translate website to French it may incorrectly show it as 2 hours. Please follow this link to switch website to French version (without browser translations), then it should display correctly.
