Hi! I’ve had my glowing ic pad 3 for a few months now & LOVE it. 3 of us use it daily. Hi Heidi - there is a way to reset it by disconnecting it from bluetooth and re- adding the glow pad I will try and find the help link

Petra Dauer, yes, you can use Infopathy in German. To switch the language:

Log in to your account.
Scroll to the very bottom of the page.
There you’ll see the language selector - just choose Deutsch (German).

Hi Gustavo, we recommend to take same IC or Complex at least 3 times a day, drinking at least 50 ml of water each time. If you are using Method 2 (small tinctures with saline), then put 10 drops per cup of water. Please see details here: https://www.infopathy.com/en/tutorials/for_users?show=instructions_2

Anton SF Im putting little glass vials of client's fingernails on the icpad and then imprinting to their nails to treat remotely. This seems to be working. Do you see any problems with this method?

Shannon Adams, that is great to hear, thank you for sharing your experience! Yes, what you are doing with the fingernail is very much in line with how many practitioners experiment with remote use. This is good approach and that is what we were recommending before we made remote feature which we now mostly experiment with.
