Is there a limit to how many frequencies can be applied? I use frequencies with light frequency in PEMF fashion onto my body and currently applying 12 frequencies individually.

Barry Staples-Smith (Aura Blue), there’s no strict limit to how many frequencies you can apply, but we recommends starting with up to 6 in one complex for best results. Using 12 frequencies is okay if you apply them one at a time and your body feels comfortable. If you notice fatigue or overstimulation, reduce the number.

Any suggestions as to what is needed to allow my body to stand on its toes again? What should be natural is extremely difficult and inneffective for me and proving to be a risk when climbing a ladder or getting up to the back of a ute.

Mic, please see the following that can help support nerve healing and recovery:

Acetyl-L-Carnitine – helps repair nerves and improve “chemo brain.”
Lion’s Mane Mushroom – promotes nerve regeneration and improves sensation.
