Hi, I'm enjoying my IC Pad I'm using it on all my water.
I've noticed you've been telling people to use 50 ml of water. I've been imprint my 750ml Flaska bottles. Is this too much at once ? I have been running the ICS more than once if possible.

Amy dalton, our recommendation is at least 50ml of water each time, more is okay. Imprinting 750ml at once is okay, (up to 2L is okay with glowing IC Pad), but best to drink that water (750ml) not all at once, but like 50-200 ml at once is okay. I've been making 4 bottles to take to work with me and drink throughout the day.

Amy dalton, it's okay to drink from a 750 ml bottle over a few hours, but for optimal effectiveness, you might want to consider switching to a new bottle after drinking about 200 ml. This ensures that you are getting the most out of your ICs throughout the day.

Achim, we recommend including up to 6 ICs into your imprint complex. At least when you start, later you can try including more ICs into one complex and see how it works for you. Including too many ICs in one complex may result in no effect at all, as the body will not be able to process it.

Can this PEMF be used many times in a row? It is helping a lot applying directly to the skin (uterus area)
