Question? Half the time that I try to use the pad it doesn't work. I've tried two different devices, my computer and my phone. I don't think it's my device. Either the pad is defective, the cord is defective or I'm defective. LOL HELP!

How do you do it for an iPhone 12 or newer phones that don't have a jack? Do you have to go through the IC Hummer automatically which doesn't need a cable?

ย Marie-Josรฉe MAURICE , for iPhone 12 or newer models that don't have a headphone jack, you can use Apple's Lightning to 3.5mm adapter. This adapter allows you to connect devices like the IC Pad that typically require a 3.5mm headphone jack. Once you have the adapter, simply plug it into your iPhone's Lightning port, and you can proceed with imprinting as usual.

For now, I have IC Pad and I have a Jack plug on my phone. Except that more and more people find themselves with this jack problem and I will know what to answer them....
I also appreciate knowing that the Bluetooth intensity is very low. This was also a question I had in the back of my mind
