I’m sure this has been asked before but I cannot find anything. How many ICs can I put in one glass of water? Do they have to be related i.e relaxation, or skin, or energy. Or can it be a mix?

I currently have my morning, afternoon and evening IC blend, which all have a variety of ICs in them.

Kate, we recommend including up to 6 ICs in one glass of water. After a month you can try making larger complexes and see how that works for you. You can combine any ICs together, there is no compatibility issues.

Hi, I’m just double checking as I’m still new to this. If I’ve made up dropper bottles for the Fatty Liver and Fat Loss remedies separately, do I take 10 drops of each in water at least twice a day, waiting around 10 minutes between each one? Or should I be making up larger bottles to bottle to take instead? and each remedy this will last 30 days ?

REBAH, yes, you can take 10 drops of each remedy in a small glass of water, 2–3 times per day, waiting about 10 minutes between each one. You don’t need to combine them in the same water.
You can also do the following:
1) You already have 2 tinctures of imprinted saline with 2 different ICs.
2) Get 2 water bottles with 500ml of water.
