What's the difference between the hummer and, the glowpad and do we need both? Thank you

Naheed, IC Hummer is only better for applying Audible ICs directly to the body and it can be easily attached to any part of the body for targeted application. But it also makes noise/sound with any transfer, because it is a vibration speaker. You can lower audio volume to a comfortable level, but it can not be zero.

Anton SF Thank you for the detailed explanation. I have ordered the glowpad 3 yesterday, just eagerly waiting for it to be shipped. Do you know how long it takes? It said 2-3 days when I ordered. I am in the UK.

Quick update regarding player for complexes. For the mode "one-by-one" or "apply to body" now it will display total duration, not the duration of currently played IC.
Also for the best experience, please switch to new player https://www.infopathy.com/new_player (it will be default player soon).

/I am trying to find out how to test my glowpad to see it it's the GlowPad or the cord that has a short in it? It only charges occasionally, I used to know when the red light would come on but if it comes on it just cuts off, and blinks on and off. I can't understand what the problem is? Tina, let’s quickly isolate whether it’s the cable/charger or the GlowPad.

Do these quick checks:

Charge check: Fully charge it for ~2 hours using a different USB charger and cable; on GlowPad 3 the charge indicator should glow pink/red. If the light blinks or cuts out, try another charger/USB port (even a computer’s USB) to rule out the power source .
