Mari, sorry we dont have Russian translations yet, but we plan to add them in the future. Meanwhile you can use Chrome or other browsers to translate pages to Russian language.ย

David Yuhas, you can view the Complexes youโ€™ve created by going to IC&Complexes page and selecting the โ€œCreatedโ€ tab. There youโ€™ll find a complete list of all the Complexes youโ€™ve made. ย

Carole Carlson, you can place the pad in a pocket or close to the target area, under tight clothing, or wear it on a lanyard/necklace.ย
