Hi Laurentia, please charge your IC Pad for about 2 hours with provided charged and please make sure audio volume is set to maximum on your phone or computer after you start the transfer. Please let me know if that helped. Thank you!

Hi Lucinda, you can not use metal bottles for imprinting, but you can use them for storage, therefore you can imprint in the glass bottle and then pour water into the metal bottle.
