how many mls of ics shall i take for effect, foe example im taking diazepam 200mls 3x a day would it matter if i cut down to 100mls? whats the recommended amount?

Hi Tim, we suggest using the same IC at least 3 times a day, at least 50ml each time. Also, before swallowing water, try to hold it in your mouth for 10 seconds.

hi Anton can i use ics and complexes in a nebuliser?

Hi Tim, you can try, but theoretically, if the nebulizer breaks water into single molecules with ultrasound, then created in water structures during the IC transfer will be destroyed.

Hi Bob, yes, you can add vitamins or proteins to your water and then transfer ICs to that water.
