Hello, I have a few questions about vitamins and minerals. I originally purchased the IC pad to reduce/replace my supplements. I thought I understood the process. I thought programmed water could replace supplements because the body doesn't necessarily need the chemical element such as vitamin C, but only the information from vitamin C. In this case, you are not working with the matter, but with the energy that forms the matter.

Now I have repeatedly read/heard here in the comments and in the webinars that programmed water only improves the absorption of elements such as vitamin C. Do I understand correctly that you are currently assuming that the water cannot replace the minerals? Instead, it can only lead to better absorption of vitamin C/magnesium etc. consumed elsewhere? Or does it have the same effect as vitamin C/magnesium etc. but cannot be stored in the body?
Based on this understanding, I have some application questions. Does this mean that it is unlikely that I will be able to stop taking my supplements completely? Does it make a difference whether the ICs are vitamins and minerals that the body can in principle produce itself or not? And what about taking Omega3? How can an Omega3 IC work? I am confused about this based on your understanding, as as far as I know it is a fat that is incorporated into cell membranes as a basic substance.
I would really appreciate an answer as I would love to understand the process and your theories. Either way, I will try to replace my supplements with water. The proof of the pudding is in the eating. Do you think that even if I use IC for this purpose, I should slowly increase the dose. Does my body need to get used to this as well? Or does it not need to get used to it as it was already accustomed to the information as I have already taken the vitamins before?
Greetings from Germany! I am absolutely impressed with your product! Thank you for the IC Pad and your work!

They would start using ICs as additional method and then slowly reduce the dosage of supplement/medication and monitor is that works for them. ICs may also enhancing the absorption and utilization of nutrients, but they do not replace the physical presence of vitamins, minerals, or essential fats like Omega-3s in the body. While you can use ICs to complement your supplements, they may not entirely eliminate the need for physical intake of certain nutrients. For instance, Omega-3 ICs can support the body's ability to utilize these fats but won't provide the actual fatty acids needed for cell membrane constuction. If you plan to reduce your supplements, do so gradually and monitor your health closely. Start with the recommended IC usage and integrate them alongside your current supplements to enhance their effectiveness.
