Is this form of B12 ok for those of us who have methylation issues? I avoid methyl B12. Thanks!

Hi Sd, yes, there should be no such an issue with IC, because they do not last long in the body and will not bind to DNA.

Hi Jolanda, you can try using it at the checkout (I think it is Visa or Mastercard provider? then it should work). Another option would be PayPal. If that does not work, we can arrange a bank transfer.

Hi Jolanda, at the moment we can add Dutch subtitles for the webinars, would that help? Regarding light, can you please make sure the audio volume is set to the maximum level on your phone or computer after you start transfer.
