Good morning. How much water infused with this IC do you need to drink per day and when to feel the effects on sleep?

Guinet, for sleep-related ICs we recommend drinking water 2 times - the first time before dinner and the second time 30-60 minutes before sleep. Drink 50-100 ml of water each time.
