Rife frequencies to help improve vision (eyesight). If using Glowing IC Pad you can cover lights with a fabric and apply towards eyes. You can do either 12 minutes per eye, or alternate 1.5 minutes left and right until you reach 12 minutes total. Safe for daily use (once or twice a day) - just stay consistent and give your eyes a little rest afterwards.
