What setting light setting on my infopathy should I use when doing PEMFs? If I am trying to treat injuries on my shoulder etc, I have seen posts saying do the red light. whats the difference between each type of light and what circumstance do I use them for?
Red Light (Shallow penetration) – Best for skin healing, inflammation, and pain relief (e.g., muscle and joint injuries).
Blue Light (Surface-level) – Best for acne, skin infections, and mood improvement (not for deep injuries).

Charlie Blower, Light Modes & Uses:
Red Light (Shallow penetration) – Best for skin healing, inflammation, and pain relief (e.g., muscle and joint injuries).
Blue Light (Surface-level) – Best for acne, skin infections, and mood improvement (not for deep injuries).
Infrared Light (Deep penetration) – Best for deep tissue healing, chronic pain, and nerve/muscle recovery.
For shoulder injuries, you can use Red+Infrared for general inflammation and healing and if the injury is deep (e.g., affecting joints, ligaments, or nerves). Please note, Infrared lights are On with any light mode selection.
Anton SF Got it, and what about the one that has a combo of all of them? That is the one I have been using to imprint my water, and also was using for injuries. But sounds like I should be using red=infared for injuries now.

Charlie Blower, for injuries, the best light mode to use on your Glowing IC Pad 3 is red and infrared only. Blue light is not necessary because it's mainly used for antibacterial effects, acne, and skin conditions but does not penetrate deeply enough for muscle or joint healing. For water imprinting a combo of all of them is the best.

Hello Anton and Daniel. I have just started using this in my wellness business with Trauma imprinted into holographic stickers. It's only been about 72hrs with clients reporting a reduction in anxiety sx accompanied by emotional and physical restfulness. Will continue to collect the data.
I use the SEFIdots from SOLEX and they are amazing but expensive. I like that you can reuse them and just buy the extra clear sticker cover and that they are raised a bit. https://youtu.be/AxnrJycY4cg?si=bz8XlLQw2X4Xf79J
