Looking for help for a chronic allergy to the sun rays. 10 mins in the sun and skin erupts in rash the following day. Tried lots of PEMFS and ICs nothing seems to be working .

Hello, for these multivitamin or mineral complexes, is it ok to create complexes using them and 5 additional IC's? With 6 IC's in a complex being the recommended number, I'm wonder if that's also the case when including IC's with multiple nutrients. I don't want to confuse my body with too many things all at once and risk reducing the complex's effectiveness. Would it be better to use this or... See more

Ll, yes, it still counts as one IC. Some ICs are recorded from herbs, which may include 100 components. As a rule of thumb, we recommend up to 6 ICs into one IC Complex, even if those ICs are recorded from complex products.

Diane, we recommend to include up to 6 ICs into your imprint complex. At least when you start, later you can try including more ICs into one complex and see how it works for you. Including too many ICs in one complex may result in no effect at all, as the body will not be able to process it.

The last 2 summers I have gotten sun rash from being exposed to the sun…mainly on my arms, neck and exposed chest What IC would you suggest I use if it happens again this summer? /

Marjorie Rempel, to help with sun rash, you may try:

1. Sun Allergy: may help support the body's response to sun-induced skin irritation. It can be used both before and after sun exposure.
2. After Sun PEMF: may help soothe and repair skin after sun exposure.
