Manuka honey is a dark honey native to New Zealand and Australia that is produced by honeybees that pollinate the flowers of the Manuka bush. It has antibacterial, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, anti-aging, and antioxidant properties. Its antibacterial effects are from an active ingredient known as methylglyoxal (MGO). Manuka honey is rich in nutrients and may be used to help improve oral health, protect against dental plaque buildup, treat and prevent gingivitis, boost energy, support detoxification, soothe a sore throat, improve wound healing, reduce inflammation, improve digestive issues, ease stomach ulcers and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), support immune system function, improve sleep, treat symptoms of cystic fibrosis, and promote skin health. This IC was made with the help of raw monofloral manuka honey sourced from New Zealand.

Can I drink this IC daily in my water (as part of a complex)? Or would there be anything wrong with drinking 'Manuka honey' IC every day?
