ACTIONS
calm mental tension / nervous system tension, address trauma (regardless of cause) to vagus nerve, reboot function of vagus (when sluggish / reduced function for any reason), repair love and miracles Solfeggio frequencies for healing (528Hz) targeting vagus, increase spinal cord secretions to support happier neurochemistry (reducing pain), repair love and miracles for spinal cord, and grounding the spinal cord.
INDICATIONS
any past or current history of trauma, infections, toxins that left a lasting effect. immune dysregulation, adrenal challenges, connective tissue disorders, digestive disorders, long covid (should be run with other programs, see below).
CONTRAINDICATIONS
this IC does not increase vagus secretions and should be safe for those challenged with POTS.
APPLICATION
Remote application: run 3x in a row, twice daily. do best to take 2 days off every 5-7 days.
Glow Pad application: red light mode, locate in midline somewhere in upper back or neck. safe to use daily.
