Liebes Team, ich benutze seit 2023 mein Glowing IC Pad und bin sehr zufrieden. Ich muss auf einen neuen Laptop umstellen, aber es ist alles richtig eingestellt, das Programm läuft auch, aber dennoch wird die Information nicht auf das Glowing IC Pad übertragen. Auch auf dem Smartphone habe ich das gleiche Problem. Könnt ihr mir weiterhelfen, da ich das Gerät ja weiterhin benutzen möchte. Viele Grüße Christine

I recently purchased a pemf coil (shaped/size of a large donut) can i put a glass bottle in the middle of the hole to then imprint the IC freqs? Thanks in advance.

I just bought a IC PAD3. WHEN I am using it for PEMF . It is not lighting up. When I push the power button it flashes a color for a second andvthrn does not light. I had the old IC pad that stopped working, this is replacing the old one.

So upset, I dropped my IC pad and the glass cracked, is this repairable? Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated

Hallo ! Mein Infopathy blinkt in allen Farben so als würde es schon übertragen obwohl ich noch gar nicht auf tranfere gedrückt habe ! Was kann das sein? Danke fürs weiterhelfen ....

Hi, I asked this under the complex too. My IC pad just arrived. It says to turn up the volume on the computer but it's too loud to be around. When my chiro uses it there's no noise - what am I doing wrong? Thank you.
