The Glow Pad instructions say to apply it over clothing, so why not directly on the skin, for example, for a toothache? I'd appreciate some clarification; perhaps a member knows the answer.

Sabine, it is not neccessary to apply it over the clothing, you can apply directly to the body as well. Maybe there is an incorrect translation to German. Can you please send me link where you saw about over the clothing application. Thank you!
