Hi Lucien, you can imprint tea, but it can not be hot - its temperature should be below 30C.

안녕 프랭크, 우리는 스페르미딘의 IC이 인슐린 수치에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 연구하지 않았습니다. 그러나 실제 스퍼미딘을 사용한 이 연구[ https://www.nature.com/articles/s41598-022-08168-2 ]에서 다음과 같이 밝혀졌습니다. ELISA에 의해 측정된 함량". 따라서 이 IC는 인슐린 수치에도 영향을 미치지 않아야 합니다.
