DHEA, or dehydroepiandrosterone, is an anabolic steroid and precursor to testosterone. Serum values can be used as a surrogate marker of adrenal health and steroid tone. DHEA has been found to significantly improve depression and to benefit memory in those with impairment and is generally considered an anti-aging supplemental hormone.

Maybe a weird question: when I support top athletes with ICs, I would assume I can just add any IC to a complex I make for them for either recovery or performance boost. However, while I don't think so, I want to double check: is there any chance that any IC ingredient could be found in their blood (e.g. when that is anything on their doping list)??
