I like how this IC has vitamin B2 in it. I just learned that B2 is necessary for the body to absorb and activate B1, B3 and B6, folate and iron. You hear a lot of people mention how methylfolate and methylcobalamin are good for people with methylation issues, but it seems hardly anyone mentions B2. Sounds like it is pretty critical for the body seeing how it limits the uptake and effect of all those other essential nutrients.

Anton, if you have headphones on and your hearing is not good in one ear how does the 2 different beats create a binaural beat if one ear is not hearing them? Hope I explained that correctly?
