Is there a limit to the number of IC's you can or should put into a list? For instance, I've created some rather large ones (50+ IC's) to address a large scope of issues. There's no way I could drink 3.5 - 4 cups of water multiple times a day for all of the areas and things I'm wanting to address. Thanks in advance! :-)

Tracy, the number of ICs that can be included in a personal IC complex depends on the person’s health and energy state. For some, 10 or more ICs in a complex works well; however, this is not the case for everyone. On average it is recommended to start with up to 6 ICs per personal complex. Depending on how you feel, you can increase (or decrease) the number of ICs in the complex.

Also, here are a few recommendations for the best effect: 1. Focus on up to 3 health goals at a time. 2. If using a few imprint IC Complexes, you may use them one after another, at least 10 minutes apart. 3. Before swallowing the imprinted water, keep it in your mouth for at least 10 seconds. Try drinking the IC water on an empty stomach.
