Hi Georgina, good question, conclusive research is lacking on this topic, therefore just to be safe you can use IR (it is pretty gentle, not intensive) or blue modes when applying GlowPad 3 to your body.

關於搖動，只需在壓印之前以及在已壓印的水中添加淡水之後搖晃水即可（如下所述：https://www.infpath.com/en/tutorials/for_users?show=instructions_1&source=web）

The new disc is with red light. Can l use red light after having breast cancer? I am very confused with all the information about red light. I have had triple negative breast cancer with a lot of chemotherapy, radiation and now Letrozole for continued used.
