Hi Alessandra, welcome to Infopathy! This is Imprint IC, and the best way of using it is to imprint to water and then drink it. Another option is to apply this complex directly to the body, like PEMF.

嗨安妮，因為這個 IC 是從順勢療法中記錄下來的，我們建議將它印在水中。每天至少喝 3 次，每次 50 毫升（2 盎司）水。嘗試空腹飲用，並在吞嚥前將水含在嘴裡 10 秒鐘。
