Hey there, great results today with some tests. Did cannabis on 6x to see if I felt anything and definitely did! Hey there, great results today with some tests. Did cannabis on 6x to see if I felt anything and definitely did! Couple questions, these are two complexes I created that I am going to be using daily, I wanted to get your thoughts on them. The Charlie Gains Stack is basically aimed to enhance and optimize my testosterone and male hormones. The Recovery/vitamins is aimed to help with muscle/gym recovery, healing injuries as I am dealing with various ones (bursitis, marrow edema, and partial posterior labrum tear in shoulder, as well as a hamstring strain and chest muscle strain. So basically aimed to heal and keep body healthy from injuries and help with recovery, and I added that multinutrient which hopefully covers a lot of my bodies daily vitamin needs. Curious on your thoughts if these ICs in each complex will work good together for these purposes, and with 6 ICs in Charlie Gains Stack, and 5 in the other, does that potentially hurt the effectiveness of each IC in them? Curious on the explanation on how multiple ICs in a complex can still work, and how many do people usually put or when it might start making each individual IC ineffective. I can't wrap my mind around how even combining 2 would still work. Thanks, excited to begin the journey!
Charlie Blower, that's great to hear about your positive results with the cannabis IC! Your complexes seem well-constructed for your goals. The number of ICs in each complex is within a typical range, and they should work synergistically without losing their effectiveness. Some people have complexes with 30-50 ICs in the, and that still works for them. Overall too many ICs may overwhelm the body, therefore need to start from small... 查看更多

Several ICs can work at the same time, as several radio stations can generate signals at the same time, and your body's systems can receive different frequencies at the same time as they all have different resonance frequencies.

Rita Manzani, this complex has already 6 ICs in it. You can still copy&modify this complex making it larger, but first try as it is and later you can slowly increase its size, monitoring how it works for you.

Ariane, it's generally recommended to use up to 6 Imprint ICs and up to 3 PEMF in one complex. This helps maintain the effectiveness of each signal without overwhelming the system.
